About the Founder
Danika is a Baltimore-based LCSW-C, Couples Therapist, and Founder of Unraveled Mental Health and the Unravel Women’s Circle, a community-centered space dedicated to helping women explore identity, relationships, and personal growth.
With a background in couples therapy, Danika brings a unique perspective to conversations about emotional safety, accountability, self-worth, and the patterns that shape how we connect with ourselves and others.
She created Unravel out of a desire to make space for the conversations women often have privately but rarely get to unpack collectively. Through guided discussions, reflection, and shared experiences, Unravel encourages women to challenge societal expectations, examine their relationship patterns, be honest about their own impact, and redefine what fulfillment looks like on their own terms.
Known for her candid, relatable, and sometimes humorous approach, Danika believes meaningful growth requires both compassion and accountability.
At its core, Unravel is about giving women permission to question what they’ve been taught, embrace who they’re becoming, and build lives that align with their wants and feel authentically their own.
